With wedding season comes bachelor party season, which means it’s essential we sat down and hashed out everything involved in the ideal bachelor party. As a relative rookie to the bachelor party scene, Dillon and Dave went through their steadfast bachelor party rules while also recounting some of their fondest experiences from New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Charleston. We also dipped into the awkwardness of going to strip clubs with any relatives involved, and the perfect timeframe between the party and wedding. After all, you need enough time to shake the demons off before you watch the happy couple make it official.

I feel betrayed. Thought this was going to be a solid ten minute Will deFries special, not an ad for the podcast.
Went to one last year in Myrtle Beach where golf was the main focus Thursday/ Friday, and the rest of the non-golfers came Friday afternoon. Lots of beautiful courses, trashy bars, and great strip clubs. Highly recommend.
I actually haven’t been there before, but what about Lake Tahoe during the summer as a bachelor party destination?
Depends if there’s water in it.
My only rule when it comes to strip clubs and a relative is give me plausible deniability should anyone ask what you did..
I went to a wedding in December where the groom was in a walking cast because he broke his ankle on the bachelor party weekend. That taught me how critical the timing is between bachelor party and wedding.
I was 50/50 on going to Vegas in June until I listened to this.
Anytime you’re invited to Vegas, you must accept it.
It’s for EDC though. I’m not sure my body can handle it
Went about a month ago and if I have any advice it is 1) hit a pool party and 2) get the earliest flight out Saturday morning and stay up all night on the craps tables before. I sort of have a gambling problem in Vegas but I always get nasty hot at on the tables about 5 am Saturday. However, this has cost me 2 flights in the past…. worth it.
I get anexiety even thinking about a Vegas trip.
