My office granted two work from home days a month and I used them immediately. Saves about $250 a month on nanny so I basically feel like I got a $3000 raise.
Automate everything, it makes it so much easier. There is a difference between simple and easy, and if you set up automatic payments you will never have to worry about having the willpower to overcome impulse purchases.
Before becoming a parent I hated all the people that used their kids as an excuse to leave early/show up late, etc. but without a doubt, hands down, kids are the best excuse for getting out of anything. There is no debate.
If you know the restaurant already look online. I always do that. Helps on dates/business lunches too so you don’t have the distraction of trying to read, make a decision, and pretend to care what the other person is saying at the same time.
So no limit on total drinks (I guess 48 for the day?) Just wake up early and stockpile until around noon and then pound them all in a row. Screw you, Chris Harrison! (Chad voice)
Yeah I’m in Houston. We have a kiddo now so all that’s changed is both of us eat sloppy in our underwear while she’s working. NurseJackie, yeah I don’t want her working nights forever but it really has its benefits for the short term.
I’m really over waiting in lines for anything at this point in my life. With that being said, my trip to Disney this Christmas should be fun.
