My ex went through something like this. And instead of taking responsibility and realizing he needed to find a way to work through it, he dumped me, completely shut me out, and spiraled into a really dark place. Now, several years later, he’s in a much better place and we have developed a friendship. Don’t be afraid to use the people in your life who care about you. They’re there to support you and it’s ok to recognize that you’re going through something hard. Clearly you have the right perspective and I know you’re going to be glad you handled yourself this way. Best of luck!
As someone who just moved to a new city, I’m definitely in the market for new friends. I legitimately like meeting new people. Yes, plenty of people I come across add nothing of value to my life, but so many others do. Maybe I’m just a people person (and I work with the public so that’s saying a lot). Also, would love to read your “why men and women can’t be friends” article. Looking forward to it in the future.

Definitely not. You’d be surprised the negative affects that vitamins and electrolytes can have on your body if you take too many. There are reasons prenatal vitamins are only recommended for people who are actually growing another human being inside of them.
