Not trying to tell you how to live your life but I suffered from Acid Reflux for a handful of years and I’m able to manage it without medication. If you smoke…stop, if you drink daily…stop (I know this doesn’t sound fun) the reason is that drugs like nicotine, alcohol, and even caffeine relax the esophageal muscles and the muscle that allows food to go into the stomach which then allows stomach acid to come back up. Additionally, when you eat greasy or hi carb foods its harder on your body to break it down which in turn results in your stomach producing more bile to help break down the food and combined with the mentioned before, its a one way ticket to lava throat in the middle of the night. Eat more greens and always give yourself 2-3 hours after each meal before laying down and going to bed.
Getting low key buzzed on the couch in sweats on a Friday night while under a fortress of blankets with perhaps a dog and significant other is severely underrated.
You me and both. I didn’t walk at my own graduation and I couldn’t wait like hell to get out of there. Some of my best memories in college were the obvious, getting drunk with my best friends and doing dumb shit, but also seeing that campus in my rear view mirror was the highlight of it all.
I thought all you guys did was bong beers, scroll TFM Babes of the Day, and grill out on the patio while overlooking downtown Austin. Are you telling me this isn’t the case?
People…for f**** sake, please please please just stop flying or driving home on Sundays after a big weekend. Do yourself the favor and take Monday off..
I had planned on being sober tonight on the account of my alma mater plays tomorrow night, but after reading this, I’m gonna have a couple of cold one’s for your tonight Sir. Best of luck to you!
Sundays are for making an incredible ragu or bolognese from scratch, napping on the couch, and occasionally checking that work email to get you back up to speed come Monday.
Plenty to do here. I will say Pike Place is pretty awesome but make sure to get there early in the morning to avoid the crowd and to get the best pick of produce and seafood. Other than that, if you’re looking to eat and drink well, which Seattle does better than many cities (IMO) I would hang out in Ballard, Fremont, or Capital Hill and just soak it all in. Seattle is very laid back city so don’t expect a crazy party vibe like New Orleans, LA, Miami, etc. Also, rent a car and drive out to Mt. Rainier or the various hiking spots in the Cascades and Olympics.

Too bad the decent ones cost you a cool $200
My thoughts exactly, I honestly thought just a few of my friends growing up in the neighborhood and myself were the only ones who played this.

Yeah…wear the letterman jacket and hit on high school girls and promise to get them drunk. Your county sheriff will thank you later.
Keep firing away bro
From the looks of it, Fall will be canceled this year Will.
Wildfires are raging in the NW, Hurricanes are wiping cities off the map, and Texas losing to home against Maryland. Maybe next year?

Season 1 was incredible, Season 2….not so much.

Wait, are you telling me that all the cool shit in Seattle isn’t by Pike Place or the Space Needle?!?
Hellooooo
Have you never watched “I Love You, Man” ? Just hit up an open house and hope that a Sidney walks by ready to crush fish tacos and jam out to Rush.
Jesus man….
She can keep the friends, I keep the dog.
