I respect that you know exactly what you want, but I’ll never understand a guy who has everything going for him and wants to make nothing of it. Maybe I crave power and control more than others, but I couldn’t ever see myself being content not working and growing professionally.
I’m familiar with the website, I’ve just never talked to anyone who has tried it. I work in trauma so I’m getting calls all hours of the night and needing something to get me up to speed on my drive in. I’ll have to check it out.
I love absolutely everything about this entire situation. I love that they’re donating to the dog shelter, that the cameraman thought to include shelter dogs in filming, that the bride had no idea and was so excited about it, and that the dogs are getting adopted because of it. This is so awesome all around.
I want them to crawl back. I want them to feel shame and embarrassment. I’m single but still travel and meet new people everywhere I go and my friends like this act happy but all see how much happier I am. I’m waiting until someone likes what I do and complements my lifestyle, not someone who keeps me from them.
I was offered a job just yesterday with a car stipend, all expenses reimbursed, and a 50% pay increase. Less autonomy than my current position but it’s extremely hard to say no to that.
