Don’t forget about the people who are covered in tattoos and then whine that they get judged for them. You chose to permanently vandalize your body. Of course you’re going to be judged. Of course you’ll probably have to hide them in most professional settings.
If I see one more open letter about the “extroverted introvert” or “to the man who broke my heart and now I can’t love” I am going to vom. People have way to many platforms for their emotions. Go drown your feelings in wine like a normal person and get off the internet.
There’s nothing empowering about it. It’s actually sad that people think these women are powerful because they have sex for money, even if it’s a lot of money. Someone said “despair” and I think that’s probably the most appropriate description. I did a lot of research on the sex trade for one of my classes and it’s an incredibly complex and horrifying industry. Not what people think it is, that’s for sure. I don’t even say that in a feminist way. It just completely blew my mind. Men get caught up in it too and it’s just as horrifying for them as well.
I appreciate the car thing. If I don’t know someone well I always just ask to meet them. It’s true. Some men are crazy. $70 is excessive for a first date. I like drinks on a first date. I’ve found that if guys spend a lot of money on me, they feel like I owe them something. I hate that feeling. I don’t feel bad if you spend 30 bucks on drinks. But a sit down dinner is better for a 2nd or 3rd date, IMO.
Why is it so hard for some of them to just humor you? Of course most of them don’t watch it but they can still take 5 seconds to come up with a witty response!
Serious question: do guys like the chase or do they not? For some reason when a guy likes me I get the urge to run away from him and that results in him liking me more. It just happens, I can’t explain it. However I wonder how many guys I may have missed out on by being that way.
I rolled my eyes throughout this entire article. Most girls love weddings and they’re fun to imagine. Just because a girl knows what kind of dress she wants or can picture a big wedding or a small one doesn’t mean she’s picturing you in it… Don’t get your panties in a bunch. Thinking about weddings doesn’t mean she wants to get married ASAP, it means she has normal levels of estrogen.
Maybe if they added a feature like this into fit bits, you’d get college students wearing them. But anyone who’s not an idiot should know how to count their drinks.
IMO, best thing you can do is get yourself a good set of skills so you’re always needed. I know everyone wants to “follow their dreams” and that’s all find and dandy, but unless somebody needs you, it’s going to be extremely difficult for you to get a job.
This sounds like it might backfire on you. It’s okay to do things for other people. You just need to recognize who is worth the extra effort and who isn’t. But I’ve never regretted offering a small gesture here and there.

You lost me when you said Mondays are not that bad. Sorry.

Well, that was aggressive.

This is why I work out at 6am. Nobody’s there except some old people who make me feel great about myself.

It’s funny, I feel the exact same way about having a boyfriend. Except the sports metaphors…
I personally don’t like sex on my period. We make sure all our bases are covered 😉
My boyfriend and I go down on each other almost every time we do it. You’re dating the wrong girls, my friend.
Please don’t perpetuate that damn dog face filter. It needs to go.
I graduate soon and LinkedIn scares the crap out of me. I don’t even know where to start.

Denying your crazy rather than admitting it seems to be much worse than your basic bitch dreaming of her wedding.

You hate when people let you finish your sentences?
