Keto diet is great. Me and a few friends have done it at different times throughout the past few years and it’s worked for all of us. Avoiding carbs is difficult at first, but after a few days you’ll start feeling physically and mentally better, and the weight starts disappearing pretty quick too. Losing a few pounds a week is easily obtainable even with minimal exercise if you stick to the plan.
I’m starting to get more work to do and I gotta say I fucking hate it. I didn’t like this job to begin with and now I have to do more of it? For the same amount of pay? Fuck that I wanna browse social media and read articles about new boutique picklers in my town.
Staying at the Chippewa Hotel? I gotta recommend the Grand Hotel if you’ve never been there. All the men wear suits after 6pm. Five course dinner. After dinner espressos on the worlds longest porch. Drinks in the cupola bar after before bed. Live jazz and dancing in one room, a harp player (harpist?) in the lobby. The place oozes class.
If you find yourself in Grand Rapids and are in a camping mood, I highly suggest Lake Michigan. I go there a few times a year with my friends and spend a few nights hiking and sleeping in hammocks. Super chill and way cheaper than a hotel. You’ll be able to find breweries all the way up the coast to Traverse City.
I bet your ass did look pretty phat in those 501s though

Any recommendations? I need to switch things up, find some new places to drink.

I’m holding on to my 6s until it dies. Then I’ll unfortunately have to go android, I’m not ready to give up my headphone jack yet.

Was your office a preschool?
I’m on a super long dry spell. Got any games for that? Or advice? Or phone numbers of morally loose women?
Hey Will, what’s your go to martini?
Filling a thermos with vodka water before I leave home to sip on throughout the workday. Acceptable?
