I used to think height was a big deal, but now that I am dating someone who is about my height (I’m 5’7), I can’t believe I used to be so concerned about it. Honestly, it’s nice hugging someone and not smashing your face into their chest haha
Seriously. Had my wallet stolen about a year ago so I had to cancel all my cards. Luckily they were all with the same bank, but even after I canceled all my credit cards with no issue and went to close the debit card, I had to answer all these random questions I used as my security questions when I opened the debit account over 10 years ago. Like did you just forget I canceled all my credit cards in the same name?
It’s not for everyone, but it saves me so much time and money. Plus, I know exactly what ingredients are in each meal, so I know what I am eating is not filled with unhealthy ingredients while pretending to be healthy.
72 while home with every fan on medium. I can be half in and half out of the covers this way and it seems to be the perfect middle ground of dying of heat stroke under the covers or freezing on top.
If Bisgard is from Houston, his name could make sense because the Beltway is underwater and therefore still closed from Harvey, causing insane amounts of traffic…aka you could swim faster to work? I like JR’s take better though haha
Mental health is just as important as physical health and seeing someone about it shouldn’t be shamed. It’s unfortunate a lot of people think seeing a therapist = bananaland. Good for you for recognizing the signs and asking for help!
Dillon’s description of Dallas is pretty spot on. Lived there for a year and didn’t really care for it, so I moved to Houston. If you want all the amenities of Dallas but the laid back feel of Fort Worth, try Houston.
It seems like this would require some pretty serious flexibility to be able to do it by yourself haha
Definitely agree with your take on Get Out. It wasn’t terrible, but for how hyped up it was, there was hardly any plot! Underwhelmed for sure.
Down the Street is probably my fav place. Food is good, drinks are cheap, and I can bring my pup.

This. A female being assertive should not equal being bitchy.

this weekend will be my first hurricane experience…def looking forward to the hurricane parties but not so much the flooding haha
I don’t think eggs are sad? They are easy, nutritious, and you can cook them a million ways. Breakfast tacos for dinner? Yes please
Whoppers are trash. Who thought balls of malt powder covered in cheap chocolate was a good idea??
wow I wrote the windshield wiper question and I had no idea this many people actually did this, but it makes much more sense now haha
There’s a Clutch in Houston too and it’s just like the Dallas location. Definitely could see some sketch stuff happening there

I notice it on really bad days, but it’s something you can adjust to I think. Although maybe not from perfect California weather haha

If you live in an apartment, astroturf with pee pads is a life saver and doesn’t look like complete trash.
Is it just me or did anyone else notice that she called Betty’s husband without having a phone?
I love El Tiempo but damn it hurts when you order a quesadilla and it’s $17 haha. Fajitas are bomb though
