South shore guy now living in Chicago, have to say this city is very similar culturally to Boston, you should check it out if getting out of the Northeast is on the list of things to do. That being said, not a day goes by where I don’t miss Beantown. Just something special about that place.
Just moved to Chicago from Boston. Living in Lincoln park. First time in Wrigleyville some guy just told me I was the first person from Boston he didn’t want to punch in the face. So I’ve got that going for me.
They did this with a grad student a few years ago too. I bet lindback just didn’t want to fall asleep in front of the 1-5 coyotes fans who showed up for that game.
