I think this depends on the person and what their hobbies are. Your athletic ability is guaranteed to fall off, so it might be better to focus on something that you can still do after a knee surgery. Also, very respectfully, I loved my upper level lit classes because everyone wanted to be there. There wasn’t anyone just filling an elective.
I think we still make it, just not riding in on top of the division. But yeah, Johnny getting injured didn’t really do much to dispel the whole “aging core” thing.
I put my big group chat on Do Not Disturb on day one. I don’t want to hear it buzz 70 times in the space of 20 minutes, and I check my phone an embarrassing amount anyway, so I’m usually not missing much.
