Quick question: I got a summons from NYPD for a fare evasion that comes with a 100 dollar fine and hearing at MTA (not criminal) court. Just wanted to quickly confirm that I wasn’t charged with a misdeameanor/this won’t go on the permanent record. Scaries are killing me.
