Geez, yesterday it was our parents getting old. Today it’s our favorite musicians getting old. On the same topic, every time I see someone I consider a “classic” actor looking old in a movie is scary. Tom Hanks for one.
Noticed my dad graying about three years ago, today he is completely white. I saw a picture of him my stepmom posted on Facebook and he looked just like my Grandpa, who died about 13 years ago. That was scary!
Respectfully comments with an opinion on a comment, then when someone else respectfully comments with their opposing opinion, sarcastically responds that their input was unnecessary. Nice.
I’m a woman and I spend money on *some* of those things but geez…it sounds exhausting being that concerned with every tiny little detail of your body. No thanks
I didn’t read through all the comments so maybe someone has already said this, but my boyfriend and I have never had a problem saying, “I really don’t feel like going out with your friends tonight. Maybe next time.” And it’s not an issue because we both like having time alone with our friends anyway. I don’t always like seeing him as the dumbass macho dude he is with his friends, and he doesn’t like seeing me as the squealing girly girl with my friends all the time. We do stuff together and we do stuff apart. I wouldn’t say it takes 100% effort all the time to be in a healthy relationship. That sounds miserable and exhausting. Be who you are and the right person will accept that you’re not perfect. Same goes for accepting your partner. It’s really not that hard, just don’t be a jackass.
When I lived in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, quite a few of my American friends ended up with Canadians. Never heard of Maple Match but it could definitely have a good following there.
Not usually a fan of McDonald’s, but drunk me at 2:30am Saturday was all about it. Woke up to the empty wrappers on the floor next to my bed. I think it was delicious though?
We have a couple at my gym like this right now, the first time I saw her she was wearing high heel boots and a crop top. Looks great, but annoying in the gym. Since then he has made her do exercises with him, which she very reluctantly does haha.
