Not a fan of the gym approach in any way. It doesn’t always have to be awkward after if she shoots you down, but in my experience it has been. If I’m seeing someone several times a week at the gym that I’ve turned down for one reason or another, it makes me very uncomfortable every time I have to go. I’d prefer not to have to see you again so one of us is switching our usual time we workout at. Just my thoughts.
I had a mini panic attack the first time I uber’ed alone and was frantically googling whether to sit up front or not in the minutes before he arrived. I didn’t get any solid answers, so I sat up front anyway. I’m a dedicated front seat sitter now.
I’m all about the brew pub pretzels and beer cheese dip. Add in some happy hour long islands and you’re good to go.
Also, they theme their restaurants based on location. The one near me is decked out in the local high school and uni sports teams.
I had the same experience, mom died and dad eventually now lives with my stepmom at her house. She has four dogs, a cat, and three kids of her own. They put a few pictures of my brother and me up, but it’s clearly not our house. Like you said, you just kind of get immune to it, for better or worse.
Me being “awfully judgey” would be to now find all of this writer’s social media and other content, and “dissect,” “massacre,” “mock” it simply because I felt she wronged me. But I’m not going to do that because it accomplishes nothing but making me spiteful and bitter person. Yes, I feel this way sometimes as you said all people do. However I feel it and then let it go, because I’d rather be having fun/enjoying life than trying to bring others down.
Whoa, seems a bit harsh. He just made a suggestion, wasn’t even rude about it. I don’t care for the “new/current hip hop jams” either but relax! It’s Friday after all!
I realize this wasn’t the point of your article, but my master’s degree isn’t “worth nothing.”, Different fields of study at any level are going to have wildly different real-world value. Sorry if you chose one that isn’t working for you.
I was wondering if anyone else would mention Oz! Loved it.
The only thing I can support about this is that he’s wearing my alma mater. Go Wildcats!
Huge fan of this. I’ve had many sleepovers with my platonic friends, whether that’s the result of too drunk to drive home or longer girl’s trips.

Made it about halfway through before giving up because I only understood about every other word.

Michigan definitely says “up north.”
So basically avoiding everyone. Got it.
Love the shoutout for Two Hearted!

Did everyone see Aaron Carter’s booking picture? Because wow lol.

Wow. Men, please don’t judge women based on this. We aren’t all this awful.
I saved one from my mom for a long time, it was nice to have after she passed.

I did Warrior Dash last year, super fun and the course is definitely designed to make anyone feel hardcore.
In a desperate attempt to fight off the scaries last night, I checked my PTO balance. Guess who’s taking a half day today!
This was painful to read…hope next week turns around for you!
