it’s not that hard. grocery shop on saturday, buy some chicken, brown rice, and a vegetable of your choice. marinate that chicken overnight. cook chicken on sunday afternoon, while cooking brown rice, while also steaming your vegetables. portion into 5 tupperware containers and you’re done.
