Well shoot I know that I’m going to be leaving in early August and was planning on giving 4 weeks notice so that they could replace me since I work for a small business. Now I’m rethinking this.
I personally love to start off a new city with a free walking tour (you tip at the end of the tour). There is always one in English and they’re a great way to figure out where everything is and what you want to come back and see later in depth. When I was in Paris as long as I started with a “bonjour” everyone pretty much switched over to English, but no one was rude about it. If you go to the catacombs in Paris, get there early and there will definitely be a line, but they were pretty interesting to see.
My brother’s friend officiated at his wedding. The officiant forgot to tell people to sit after the bride walked down the aisle so we stood for the ceremony. It was fine since it was 10-15 minutes long, but I would definitely recommend telling people to sit at the beginning.
I love seeing pictures of Micah and his girlfriend, they look so happy!
It’s my friend’s birthday so we will be out bar hopping and dancing on Saturday night. Sunday will be spent attempting to file my FAFSA paperwork for grad school.
I think that changing your last name after marriage should be a completely personal decision based on what feels right for you. My sister-in-law felt that her last name was part of her identity and never planned on changing it. My friend’s husband took her last name since that’s what worked for them.
We’re planning a big move less than a month after getting married this summer and the wedding will also sort of be a big goodbye to our family and friends. This article just gave me a bunch of feels about it. Great job!
I watched my good friend go through a breakup that she felt was out of the blue. They dated for 3.5 years, and now 3+ years later she’s still hung up on it. I 100% believe that if he had taken time to talk to her and give her some closure she would have moved on by now. So to text guy, give the poor girl some closure.
I really like the it! CC cream. It doesn’t make me break out (a rarity), has a high SPF, and enough coverage to make me look like I got more than a few hours of sleep.
Took three years at which point we were already engaged. We just kind of forgot to ever have the talk but knew that we liked each other enough to not be seeing other people.
Someone else put in their two weeks and his last day was the 8th. They’re just interviewing people this week. Hiring is not a strength for them.

Living in a place that doesn’t have AC. PGP.
Everyone I know who has been to Prague (including myself) has loved it. 10/10 would recommend.

As a bride I don’t even want to go to the post wedding brunch my mom has planned.

I might be in the minority here, but if I recommend a place for a date I usually assume that mean I’m paying.
Am I the only one who hasn’t found wedding planning nearly as stressful as everyone told me it would be?

Also, back pain is real

Do people actually aspire to look “frail”? I always associated that with weak or unhealthy.

Red Rock Canyon is beautiful if you’re looking to get some hiking in!
This gives me wedding planning anxiety
Even if she had started wedding planning right away I can’t see girl being able to pull it together for a 2018 wedding date.
