Response coming from a girl, but I have to say definitely give it a shot. I go to hot 4-5 times a week, and not only does it help with flexibility and strength, I swear it has helped my allergies in a way Claritin/zyrtec etc have never been able to. And any class you go to will have a wide-range of skill levels. Sure you’ll have crazy-McGee doing a handstand mothafuckaaaa but that guy is few and far between. good luck!!!
