The only thing here I’m struggling with is the athleisure wear part. Is it actually acceptable or fashionable to stroll around town in sweat joggers now?
It’s probably a suburbs thing, I don’t know any of my friends in the suburbs who casually brunch, but every one of my friends in a city definitely does, and then you turn it into a day.
Where are you going and living that brunch costs you that much??

And where I live anyways there are so many places that do vegan, gluten free, etc food that it wouldn’t be hard to find a place you like.

I can confirm a lot of the CA picks (CA native), but Salinas?? And at 2?? The median income is below the US and that’s not a good sign in CA. They also have a problem violent crime and homicide rates being way above the CA and national average.
I try to avoid stopping there for gas on my way to somewhere I actually want to be.
