I think PGP has done a great job of cultivating the personalities of the in-house and remote writers and do a great job of pushing out a variety of content. It has been echoed a few times, but practical articles such as the getting out of debt series was refreshing because most all of us have debt and I think a lot of us (myself) don’t even know where to start when it comes to managing money. I learned a lot from the articles and the comments from other readers. Kiawah’s workplace related articles were great too along with basically anything Madoff publishes.
Also, I get that everyone is on the hype train for having a ton of series on this site, but I disagree. What Will has done with TGDAG is great because he’s consistent with it (minus the brief hiatus). We know that every Wednesday we are going to get TGDAG. We are sometimes teased with series and then they just vanish (Guys Being Dudes). However, Brian does need to bring back Conspiracy Thursday and Ross needs to bring back the Dangerous Animal of the Week.
The things I love about PGP greatly outweigh the things above and at the end of the day I sincerely enjoy PGP and what you guys are doing, so I’m looking forward to 2018!
This right here is the way to go. Assuming the date went well, follow up, end the text conversation by going to bed, and then touching base the next day.
You know, I couldn’t understand the Pam haters for the longest time. After watching The Office for the 12th time, I finally get it. After her and Jim get married, she truly becomes annoying and more insufferable as the seasons go on.
From my perspective, I would go on a second date. It seems like you already have the “what if” questions in your head, so what could it hurt? Either you end up liking the guy and finding the chemistry that wasn’t immediately there or it ends up being a bust, but at least you went, right? First dates are usually always full of nerves, so maybe the guy and you were nervous and the second date will be more comfortable for both of you. Aggressive kissing is the worst, but maybe he was eager. You could always bring that up later but I’m not sure that it’s a dealbreaker.
Her name has to be something basic like Madison or Elizabeth or Alexandra. No offense to any ladies named that on this site. I’m sure you’re lovely people.
I’m always so nervous during the initial intro that I definitely wouldn’t be smooth enough to pull off a kiss on the cheek without accidentally like kissing his ear or something.
I think the kiss on the cheek move is very risky. Some girls like it and some girls don’t. I personally wouldn’t want a guy to do that during the initial introduction because it would come off to me as very aggressive. I think the move is to stand up and greet her when she comes in and go for a light hug. At this age side hugs are awkward.
I also understand, higher ed friends. However, if you’re faculty you can enjoy virtually never being at work and taking home six figures while your TA teaches your classes for you.

You know, as soon as I hit “post” I cringed when I realized what I said.

Yikes. I’m the youngest of 13 and the only one who doesn’t have a baby or one on the way. I thought 13 was bad but 29 is worse.
That situation at the end with kissing made me very anxious. We’ve all been there and it’s the worst.
“Being in a relationship doesn’t make you an expert on relationships.” I want to tattoo this on my forehead.

I missed Thanksgiving this year and I know I will hear about it for the rest of my life regardless of how many future holidays I go to.
Texas Tech will happily take him.
A severely underrated broke meal is Hamburger Helper. There are a variety of flavors and the boxes are super cheap.
Alfredo’s Pizza Cafe. Always.

Everyone’s dog in Lubbock is named Raider. Every. Single. One.
Can confirm that “dad bod” is what I would prefer.
I’m feeling very attacked because I decided to wear white pants to work today.
Welcome to the Bachelor(ette) jungle, Charlie.
