May I add a 1% annual increase up to 10% for 401k contributions, which you also already seem to be at, but for the general public. If you find yourself still having excess cash, look at putting some into a Roth 401k or Roth IRA to maximize those gainz. Then start saving for a house because 2019/2020 we should start to see a dip in housing prices. Prime time to buy if you’re in the market for a house.
It’s beneficial to do HIIT with even just weights. Take maybe a minute break between sets and hop to the next lift. I’m usually in and out in 30-45 minutes, or before the basketball shorts/tank top wearing 47 year old divorcee sitting on his phone for half an hour starts his 2nd set.

A coworker of mine goes to it and said it’s very intense. Well, one of those things that you get out what you put in. He also said he’s the only guy in a class of 24 so I’m not sure what keeps bringing him back……….
Yeah I can’t wait to start looking at starter homes that would be about $70k back in Michigan but are somehow about $600k here. For a starter home. I might just go homeless to save money idk yet.
I think everyone in general should just stop complaining. Nobody likes complainers whether they’re 18 or 88. We all have our obstacles to overcome, theirs just different than ours. Just put your pants on and go to work every day and work hard and ignore the h8ers and life will get better eventually (hopefully) as long as wage growth exceeds inflation and now we’re getting into the weeds so I’m gonna stop there. #StayWoke
