Boy this hits home. For a while there a few of us were victim to a very outwardly spoken Bernie fanatic who insisted on imposing their (unsolicited) views on all of us. Tried to avoid them at all costs on daily travels to the can.
The road goes both ways man. The line hits home about letting $17.50 get between a friendship, but friends shouldn’t expect to not have to either a) pay the charge or b) get you back the next time (within a reasonable amount of time). Venmo can be a bitch
I agree. We will all always have our bias and our opinions, and It is difficult to change. That being said, a friendly political debate is something many enjoy, but it is insane how both sides jump to conclusions, blind share, and attack one another. It’s a shame that there isn’t a productive middle ground.
I can’t imagine what these kids must actually be like outside of work to feel entitled enough to call out someone, and develop a petition, not as a full employee (which would still be some bullshit) but as an intern.
My doc put me on the strongest antacid prescription on the market for about 8 weeks. I could barely digest food, but it’s been about 6 months off the stuff now and I have been indigestion/heartburn free unless I go crazy on some wings. Definitely worth a shot at asking.
Very well written. I recently ended a 3 year relationship and its weird how much of my true self I was suppressing. Having a girlfriend isn’t a bad thing at all, but it definitely changes everybody
