Yeah I like the “speakeasy” vibe that these types of bars are selling, they obviously for the most part are not really hidden bars (outside of a bit of novelty). Again Duda just bitching about something because it’s be becoming popular. Those “speakeasy” vibe spots are top tier date spots.
(Traveling consultant take) the Amex platinum is good to me only if you fly a lot. The 5x points on flights balls out, the Centurion lounges are excellent (especially since domestically Priority Pass sucks) and the Uber credit is useful. With that being said, you don’t have to travel significantly to make the Sapphire Reserve worth it, and the $300 credit can be applied towards Uber’s. If my company didn’t recently switch to Amex travel, I’d never use the Platinum. Also, the insurance coverage on the sapphire far exceeds the platinum. Last perk of the platinum is SPG and Hilton status, so again if you travel and hit hotels a lot you’re good to go.
Forgot the part where I actually agree with what Duda did, but I wouldn’t have said anything about the guy hitting on her I would’ve told her I’m out of here, left and met up with my boys fuck it
Yeah I really think people are overlooking how a) one sided these stories are (and likely not fully true) and also how insufferable Duda is and dealing with that on a regular basis. Shoe on other foot: you’re at a club talking to a girl you used to know from way back when (whom, for the sake of argument, you have 0 sexual history with) and the girl you’re not dating comes over and starts an argument. I’d be out of it immediately.
This article almost feels like an ad for Zelle, similar to how Barstool plugs the Cash app… also wanted to point out that I call BS on the finance industry being the most regulated industry by far (Healthcare is way up there). With that being said, good luck getting people to switch off of Venmo.. it’s too easy
Arcadia entire shtick is being insufferable
If I pay for an open bar at my wedding, and find out bartenders don’t pour what my guests want, I’m raising all hell
There’s no telling what she did that night…
Duda just bitchmade all around
Eric coming in hot with the exact wrong thing to do. Instead of alpha dogging the guy and getting some PDA in he blows it!

Barstool likely has little interest in taking on a company that takes in yearly ad revenue what PMT does in 2 weeks.
Wasn’t implying you personally, just people in general. Wouldn’t be surprised if that’s a decision point for people lol
While I agree the platinum metal is way better, if that’s a deciding factor you might want to rethink your priorities..

Duda hitting new highs with self absorption on this one

I’ve wondered the positive economic impact this could have on the nation for years
Is there anything you don’t complain about
FWIW, as I consider myself someone proficient in installing car electronics, be very careful letting Best Buy touch anything
Kind of?

Participation trophy level engagement at the office, not that I expected any different from Duda
