Take a stats class, anecdotal evidence, such as “I know an uncle who…”, doesn’t disprove a correlation because your story is just one data point out of millions.
Yup, I always curse myself for not buying Amtrak tix to NYC until the week before when they’ve tripled in price and cost half my monthly rent…megabus it is then
My dad’s friend, who’s a wine connoisseur put it this way, “Any Shmo can buy a nice $50 wine, it takes a real aficionado to find a $15 bottle that tastes like a $50 one.” It’s really stuck with me.
What did Yuengling ever do to deserve your hate? Also Yuengling is technically a microbrewery (albeit the largest in the US). But since you mentioned beer distributors, I feel your pain as I too live in Pennsylvania.
Your complaints about picking apples sound more like complaints about your friends. Don’t hate on apple-picking if you don’t have the right friends to appreciate Fall with.
At my previous client I commuted by bike for over a year, and I can attest that biking home after happy hour (what I call the happy bike ride) is the stuff life is made of.
Week One had fewer games where the outcome was decided by 7 points or less than any other opener since 1973, making it objectively the least entertaining opener in over four decades.

And the Giants are 0-5, everything if right with the world
I feel weirded out whenever someone includes my first name in any kind of text, someone feels weirdly too intimate and mildly inappropriate
Yea but it’s so much fun to shout “We Are” in a public place just to get a reaction out of people. For the record I didn’t go to PSU.
I didn’t know there were other PGPers in Philly besides myself. Good to know I’m not alone.

Can’t tell you spelled the names wrong out of ignorance or to make some intentional point about hating.
^^^^^^^ this x 1000!
