We grew up in the golden age of comedy. I’m talking about when we were old enough to see these movies without our parents. The 2000s gave us movies we could relate to, and they were extremely well done. The Superbad, Wedding Crashers, and Old School age of movies have set the bar so high. It seems like we are due for another laugh-until-it-hurts comedy. My parents still talk about seeing Animal House and Caddyshack in theaters. Hopefully we see another resurgence of brilliant comedy. If not, I’m glad I lived through the best decade of comedy in US history.
