Slightly off topic but I took the wife and kiddos out for breakfast the other day to this nice little diner that has a gift shop attached to it and I shit you not, they had candy cigarettes there. Hadn’t seen them in years. It was awesome.
Way to admit the problem. Not everyone can do that. Remember that once you find stable footing, having a credit card and paying it off every month really helps building credit.
I can’t believe people watch such garbage. Downvote away folks but there is far, FAR better programming for you to consume and more of it than you can possibly watch.
Charcoal is nice but honestly not necessary for good grilling. I love my Weber Genesis because I’m ready to go in like 5 minutes. Consistent heat everywhere. To be fair I’ve never used a BGE or a Traeger.
If you have the means, throw wings on the smoker on as low of temp as you can get and still get good smoke. 1.5-2 hrs will be plenty. Finish on a super hot grill to crisp the skin. Spin/toss in your favorite sauce. Way better than fried. The smoke adds a whole new dimension to the wings.
Taking the kids fishing. Should be a good time. On a side note, I took some of you folks’ advice and had a crawfish boil with friends Memorial Day weekend. Had live ones shipped up and everything. Followed the instructions I had gotten. Pretty meh honestly. Maybe I need to have an expert do it for me sometime.

Kids are staying with their grandparents this weekend so, date night tonight. Relax and taking the mrs. and the boat out tomorrow. Brunch Sunday. Hoping to get a little bit more than fishing done on the boat if you know what I mean. Stay tuned.
Springer spaniel? I hope you’re ready for the intensity. The most full-of-energy dogs I’ve ever seen. My dads would cover 3-4 hunters going all day before he would get winded. Dog probably covered 20 miles at a good paced run.
Sorry. My wife ‘supped me 8 years ago and I haven’t looked back. If it’s any consolation, I’m only like a 4-5 in the looks department…until I put my firefighter gear on.
