For your typical interview, most people prepare to answer general types of questions by guessing which ones are likely to be asked. Depending on who you’re interviewing with, this could be an easy task, or not so much. These are the questions that you spend time preparing answers for so that you’re ready for anything when it comes to nailing that interview. So when asked, “You know what we do here, right?” and you answer in the negative, rarely is that followed by “We represent cats and criminal trials.” You’re even less likely to be asked to dance by your interviewer, unless of course you’re being interviewed by a strip club manager. Which in that case, drop it like it’s hot. However if you’re not living that pole life, you’re probably being interviewed by Amy Poehler posing as a lawyer in an Old Navy commercial. Check out these outtakes that are even funnier than the original.
“In 2000, I was duped by Y2K. I thought that the world was coming to an end,”
After watching and rewatching the first seven episodes of True Detective, I’m not certain of much in this ‘reality’ of ours. But if there’s one thing I know, besides that Rust here has has an absolutely breath taking hiney and Marty should NOT be pulling the girls he does, it’s that this is the best parody of True Detective to date.
The genius behind this is Jon Rudnitsky and, upon further research, has a variety of other great videos on the Tube, namely The Jewish Hunger Game: Kvetching Fire. I’m not sure I can get away with staring at my phone (uh, no of course I don’t have access to Youtube) for the rest of the day while I laugh obnoxiously, but I’m sure as shit going to try. Fuck it, it’s Friday.
Lindsay Lohan appeared on Jimmy Fallon Thursday night and hinted that Tina Fey is trying to organize a Mean Girls reunion, possibly even a sequel. It’s been 10 years since the original Mean Girls premiered. Stop trying to make fetch happen and make this reunion happen. Lohan mentions a conversation she had with Tina Fey around the 2:30 mark.
There’s a lot going on over there. This explains it all. Abridged version: This is pretty much all Stalin’s fault.
You’re not a true celebrity until you’ve got an awesome drinking story like this. The Breaking Bad star went to the Prince of Brunei’s birthday party and of course, the King of Pop was there and the two drank tequila and made nice with the Prince of Brunei. Awesome.
In 2003, Reebok created the first viral video marketing campaign with “Terry Tate: Office Linebacker.” The first ad aired during Super Bowl XXXVII and there were eight more throughout the series, ending in 2005.
Played by former USFL linebacker and professional wrestler, Lester Speight, Terry Tate was probably forwarded in more offices than any other piece of web content ever.
“THESE AIN’T YOUR PENS, RICHARD!”
The McDLT? Sounds great.
It takes all the great parts of your childhood and takes a steaming dump on them. Hilarious.
Pittsburgh attorney Daniel Muessig has a message for criminals. That message is “Hey guys. Don’t let the man keep you down. Also, I don’t give a shit what heinous crime you committed because ol’ Danny’s got your back.”
