Agreed. I don’t remember where I was the other day, out to lunch I think? Anyway, a public normal place. There were a few girls that couldn’t have been older than 13 in crop tops and barely there shorts. All I could think was, when I have kids, the only way they’ll be wearing that stuff is if they’re sneaky and change once they’re out of the house. what parent let’s them dress like that?!
don’t forget the obsessive bruncher. I’m the post grad girl who has traded late nights at the bars for bottomless mimosas. I’m slightly ashamed to admit I have a list of brunches in the city I want to try. I’m THAT girl.
Went to a wedding last summer with an open bar but only beer and wine. Well, they didn’t buy enough booze. poor planning. Luckily my man and flasked it, leaving us drunk and happy. However, the bride heard about our secret booze and asked for “some”. Who’s going to say no to the bride on her big day? She killed the whole flask. wtf.
No one is ever TRYING to get hit on. Were the single girls in the group hoping to meet guys? Maybe. But I wasn’t there, nor am I single, so I couldn’t tell you.
if you know what you’re doing, like you’re a former dancer and have proper form, it’s a hell of a work out. it’s just way too expensive if you have to pay by class.
Ask about the dent and damaged section at the furniture stores. Your average Ashley’s or Haverty’s will have one. I was lucky enough to find out the back of my local havertys was their “warehouse”. I just bought my first piece of grown up furniture. A dining room table for 60% off because it was missing the leaf and had a couple scratches. if you ask, they’ll tell you where to go.
I mostly agree with this. I have rejected a drink while continuing to be polite and social multiple times. It has never been something I have to do often because I’m typically out with my bf. However, rejecting drinks became a weekly occurrence while my bf was deployed my senior year. I would still go out with my roommates and sorority sisters so yeah. I was typically with a bunch of single girls. Most of the time guys were nice about the rejection and would go on their merry way, but occasionally they’d be dicks. My rejections were typically along the lines of “thanks for offering but I’ve got it/I’ll get my own”. I guess what just bothered/bothers me the most was that a woman’s company isn’t worth $6, but men will happily buy drinks for a woman if they think they’ll get to sleep with her. It’s like none of them want to waste their breath socializing if it doesn’t end in sex. But that’s just my female perspective so….

Unless your training classes are in Tulsa.

Can anybody read Louisiana?
Agreed. I’m a happy hour girl. not about that late night stuff. I’ll fall asleep at the bar.

as a recruiter, this has ruined me. and our company just stopped providing us premium accounts.
sad reality. when your fitness goals aren’t “getting thin” but just fitting in your clothes.
I look at a map of dfw everyday for work. and I will never see it the same again…

what the hell does it mean if I saw both? I just swore there were multiple photos hopped images of the dress swirling around the internet.
“I work well under pressure.”
this guy is smart. Trader Joe’s has quality flowers for cheap. forget roses, you can get orchids there for like $20.
Too real.

In Dallas it was happening today from 11-3.
I have a hard time accepting the Scott brothers are at the bottom of this list. I have had MULTIPLE dreams about the two of them. no shame.
also, how did Scott McGillivray of income property get left off this list?! He’s one sexy Canadian.
Maybe I watch too much HGTV.
strep throat is caused by streptococcal bacteria. hence the name.
