True, I will say that the fall and spring months are nice, but I got double whammied with working in a Texan summer and a Midwestern winter in the past year.
Work industrial, outside all day. Shower night before and shave because of facial hair policy. If I gotta wake up at 0500 I ain’t bothering to shower again if I gotta be outside all day. Then again I’m probably one of the postgrads on here not lucky enough to be in a suit and a cubicle yet.
How much the safety guys makin on that job?
Was so pissed going into my first safety gig for a pipeline company out of college after I found out the welder’s rates and rig pay.

Haha yep if you have to end up getting stitches from a workplace incident, it’s automatically an OSHA recordable.
