Speaking as a parent here…I commend you for this. I love my kid and being a parent, BUT I have several close friends that never plan to. I think it takes an immense amount of self awareness to realize that maybe you don’t want that responsibility and choose a different course. You’re not some selfish child-hater (that I’m aware of). I know plenty of people that party their asses off, enjoy life, beast mode their careers and still chill with their nieces/nephew/godchildren when they want. Best of both worlds. You do you, Charlie.
How long have you been together? I think regardless of how much progress we’ve made as a society, there’s still a pressure for men to pay for most of the “courting” stage of a relationship. (right or wrong) After about a year of being together, that pretty much stopped in my relationship. Whoever has the cash or offers to pick up the date pays and no one gives it a second thought.
I can’t jump on board with the choker or the top knot, but usually destroyed denim is WAY more comfortable and winged eyeliner makes your eyes look much bigger. More work? Yes. Sexier? Also, yes.
