I 1000% agree with this. I always chat with my Uber drivers. My first time ever in New York City my driver pointed out land marks and the boroughs we went through it was super sweet. Usually the drivers are interesting people in general too.
This article came at a really good time for me. I’ve noticed lately I’ve been seriously struggling with my sense of self and self esteem and it’s been negatively effecting my job and my relationships and recently I had to take a long hard look at myself and decide to make some changes. One of which was seeing a counselor. I’ve been feeling so defeated lately it’s nice to know I’m not the only one feeling alone in this big busy world.
Since nobody commented on the tasteful nudes yet – I will. They’re definitely perfect in an exclusive relationship. Definitely wouldn’t send them to just anyone but they add an element of excitement and are always well received. Especially if you’re long distance/just have had a busy week you weren’t able to connect like usual. Plus most guys will send a little something back too !
I’d imagine it would be really hard, but the 5 minutes of berating you after shoving you is really sealing the deal for me here. If it was truly an accident it would’ve hit him immediately after. I don’t think I’d be able to look at him the same way again.
I think it takes a level of maturity that I just don’t have. I like my exes in the past. It usually takes me a while to move on and I feel like any attempt at friendship would just be hurtful.
A huge part of why I took my job is because of how I felt I was treated during my entire application process. I got punctual responses and follow ups, everyone was friendly and helpful etc.

Experienced docs make them too. Lots of people make mistakes though we’re all human! That’s why we all double check each other 🙂
