This doesn’t annoy me at all. I really prefer my woman to be in a different room or location when I am watching sports anyway (unless she keeps her pie hole shut and is feeding me). There is nothing worse that a woman who pretends to actually care about sports. Because it is a lie and they don’t really care about sports. They are just trying to show off and once they have kids they will no longer make sports a priority in any way. Also, sports are the perfect reason for multiple guys trips every year.
I’m going to go ahead and assume that this is one of the restaurants where they basically sit you with other people at your table. There is no avoiding eavesdropping in that circumstance. I won’t eat dinner like that, but it is fine for lunch. I mean, she is a New Yorker, so I’m sure she isn’t paying attention to anyone but herself and this was forced on her.
Sure, the dude is a bit of a douche, but he gets major points for being honest if you ask me. Most trust fund types in New York pretend to be something they aren’t. I would totally smoke weed and drink wine with homeboy.
As a good example, recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Town lake and they had a yoga mat hanging in the hotel room closet. I mean, I guess they expect us to forget that the hotel is dated and grungy for a Hyatt Regency by putting some trendy BS in the closet.
I hate what Austin has become. It has gone from the most laid back, authentic city in America to trendy garbage in about ten years. Who would have ever though Hippies (Old Austin) are better than Hipsters. I just wish they realized that this is still Texas. We used to be proud of being Texan, and embraced the more rugged, yet classy vibe that goes along with it. Not anymore.
Since none of the comments made by the men were actually offensive or threatening, I am going to go ahead an assume that the creators are judging these men by their looks. If a nicely dressed white man had approached her I doubt she would have felt “harassed.”
I understand that street harassment is a problem. But I am talking about real harassment, not what we saw in the video. There is nothing wrong with trying to meet a woman or ask her out.
I guess I think it is casual dining because it is much more expensive than Whataburger or In-N-Out. I would imagine that both of those places could do a little better if they were charging 150-200% more for their food.

You should probably research the spelling of Whiskey vs. Whisky. I drink Whisky by the way, but I enjoy Whiskey on occasion as well.

I’m sure that there are hundreds of regional places that are better than either. But they are inapplicable to the discussion.
I think Freddy’s and Culver’s are both better than either as well, but I don’t think they are big enough for the discussion either.
