Eric [4:46 pm]: Hey Alyssa. Doing anything this weekend?
********************************************************************
Eric [5:12 pm]: Boys, anyone up for happy hour? Ya boy needs it.
Definitely not how it would go down, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it did.
That’s what I was hoping for.
Side note: Is it weird if I always buy 2 tickets to concerts? I figured that it’s easier to find a last minute person to go with vs. a last minute ticket.
My response to that logic has always been “Have you ever opened an oven or been blitzed by a hair dryer, on high, all day?” It usually puts things in perspective.
Chris Stapleton concert tonight.
Heading over to my buddy’s tomorrow morning to plan a backpacking trip. May possibly visit REI for supplies.
Ed Sheeran Concert Saturday night.
Sunday may be reserved for surfing if i wake up early enough.
1) No comment on the shoving issue. I think Dil explained it best. Although your “can’t imagine my life without him” comment does have some co-dependency tones that could hamper proper judgement. I’d discuss that more.
2)”Josh” is a douche. That goes against friend code. not cool. trash move.
3) find a GOOD barber. not decent, not mediocre, but actually good. Not that cookie cutter salon staff either. (im biased, i spent YEARS finding the right one) and then let him or her know what you’re looking for and work with them to find the best cut for your unique lid.
4) everything Dillon said but what piqued my interest more was that you’re not married or registered domestic partners… so why did you have access to private medical info and why did you continue to read the EOB knowing that it wasn’t yours? but then again I do honestly hope that it’s not a sign of infidelity.
5) Negroni, Manhattan, Old Fashioned with both ango and orange bitters.
Baseball game tonight. Will be pre-gaming at a brewery next door. Absolutely nothing else planned other than spending time with the female parental unit that has been visiting for the last month and dropping her off at the airport on Sunday. May possibly drown out the memories of a sort-of awkward first date on Saturday.
Much like pregaming a date, pregaming the MTP is a move I can endorse. Obviously don’t get too trashed since, well, you’re meeting the parents and they’ll most likely approve of you and get you a round or two.
It might not be your style, but for a dollar I won’t complain. This month in Applebee’s quest to kill all of America via alcohol poisoning/kidney failure: $1 strawberry margaritas. (im not sponsored or affiliated with them in any way. I just like sharing the info)
Sort of. They left the account active so it can be used to log in but commenting privileges have been removed and all comments from the past 3 weeks have been erased. Power move, imo.
They’ll work in a pinch, but don’y rely solely on them.(pun intended) And for fuch’s sake clean them. A Mr. Clean Magic Eraser does wonders for the rubber parts.
Irish Coffee, Mimosa/Champ bottle and Orange juice carafe, Water, maybe a diet coke if brunch is greasier than normal.

Josh, though not technically a cocktail, what’s your take on whiskey infusions?
Have you tried the black manhattan or the greenpoint? Those two are pretty decent twists on the classic, IMO.
That’s what I was hoping for.

Also, douche ex sounds like an Ed Hardy shirt away from Jersey Shore. That would count as an instant L any day of the week.
“Be the guy who’s scared of commitment. Girls love that guy.”
I’m probably naive, dumb, or a mix of both. But is this really the case?
I misunderstood what she did then. Yea, trash move.

Apologies for the long af post.
Isn’t that what Haley did? but also, +1 on splitting the tab evenly.
what about one person covering the whole bill and sending venmo requests?

Happy Birthday.
Arcadia, this is another piece of art. Thanks for giving Eric the win.
I…HE needed this.
