I think it’s a combination of the whole going out process/being single is more exhausting for girls so we get tired of it sooner and just differences in emotional maturity. It takes my friends an hour to an hour and a half to get ready to go out (clubbing or bars or whatever), and even longer to get ready to go on a first date, so it just becomes less worth it sooner, and studies have shown that generally women tend to emotionally mature faster than men. I know that’s not true in all cases, but just generally it may have something to do with the difference in when men and women want to settle down.
I think it has more to do with interests changing than with a “biological clock” and wanting kids. I think as you get older partying all night at bars sounds less appealing and more tiring, so you’d rather stay at home and watch netflix or have a nice dinner out. So you start looking more for someone to do those things with/looking for a relationship, instead of just wanting to have fun with someone until the next night when you can meet someone new to have fun with. As your life gets more stable, there’s a stronger desire for an actual relationship.
I disagree with you on every front. Small plates are amazing, you’re def not ordering them right, the last one or two things you order should be more substantial (sliders, flatbread with meat on it), then you won’t leave hungry. Brunch is the greatest meal of the week, and spin class is the most fun workout I’ve done, so I keep going instead of quitting after 2 weeks
for a woman an average of .5-2 lbs lost per week is generally considered sustainable weight loss. It’s better to lose slowly and keep it off then lose quickly and gain it back quickly
Whenever I watch the BiP intro credits and Wells smiles at the camera I can’t help but smile back at my tv, I’m all in on Wells

And some of his girls would probably have personalities
That’s bad advice. If he explicitly asked her and she didn’t say yes, then it’s not a yes
I have the same fear
Cookie Dough is king, oatmeal cookie would be good but the bits of actual oatmeal are always soggy and ruin the whole thing
It’s pretty good, solid summer read
Ugh, I hate myself for having read the referenced book a few months ago
