Dammit you just perfectly explained my situation. Work, school, family and friends take up 80% of my time. I just want someone to do nothing with on Saturday nights and who won’t get pissed when I forget to text back sometimes.
I don’t do the meal-prep for the whole week on sundays – rather 3x a week, I cook dinner with more than one serving, and use that for lunch the next day. It’s healthier, and I get something different most days. Salmon, Chicken thighs, tomatoes with salt & pepper, spaghetti, taco salad. Sticking with easy dishes works for me.
Whatever you do, don’t be the guy with the girlfriends coming up to random girls at the bar saying “hey my friend really wants to talk to you”. It’s always come off as weird to me. If a guy comes up and says “hey my name is __, how’s your night going?”, I’ve always responded well to that. Simple, and it shows you can approach a girl. Hardest part is getting an in, but once you make contact – the rest comes easy.
Between work, school, and spending time with friends, my only night free for dates tends to be on sun (if it includes watching football). I have accepted I’m only on dating apps to cure random boredom. But I agree with your tactics, be direct and steer towards a date within the first few messages.
Above all, be respectful. It’s the best quality to be known for. Some places to meet people you might have something in common with could be intramurals, clubs, or even working on campus. Lastly, something that took me a while to learn- try to listen more than talk, it’s important not only in relationships, but in careers as well. Enjoy it though, it goes fast!
Definitely travel by yourself at least once. I’m doing my next solo trip to Europe this winter, and it’s so exciting to get to do everything I want to do on a vacation without compromise. In addition I’d recommend a guys trip for deep sea fishing/ cruise.
I feel the same way, from a single girl’s perspective. I asked my roommates to go apple picking without me, but I’ll help make apple pie at home. Big group fall activities are not my thing, unless it’s a tailgate.
Damn straight. I just put up my outdoor decorations this year – one of my favorite things is seeing all the kids come up to the door and telling them there’s no limit to how much candy they can grab.

Not sarcasm. Ben stiller’s tony Perkins act is still one of his best. And Lars with the boddy system.
NOT HEAVYWEIGHTS NOOO

Yea I don’t fuck with jigsaw. This reminded me I still need a viewing of Halloween this year.
The first dude’s passive aggressiveness is so painful to read. Also, Jason statham is a total fox, so bald guy just embrace it.
Great execution.

This guy needs to step away from Northside Social. That place is amazing and doesn’t need any more creepy, cycling, hipsters polluting it.
I know you don’t want to hear this. But when you finally do see her in a bad mood, I have a feeling you guys are going to have sex. Just saying.
Or not getting married works too
As long as I can wear my Jesus hates the steelers tshirt

Hershey and Busch Gardens are my all time favorite parks, especially if you go in the fall.

Please make this a weekly thing.
