Seeing the nightmarish engagement periods of friends of mine makes me so grateful that my fiancé (now wife) could not have cared less about most of the wedding/reception details. She wanted the place to look decent, wanted all of our friends and family to be there, and for everyone to have fun. Check, check, and check.
And now she’s pregnant and I’m having to help her decide which way to organize the baby room. This process could not be more difficult.
