I can appreciate your opinion on the language. I’ve shared multiple pieces of my own with a language warning. I’m hoping you enjoyed the piece and message regardless, even if you choose not to share it. I learned to swear on the diamond, and it’s something I didn’t feel like eliminating from my writing on this particular post, especially one targeted at adults.
Haven’t made a bit of progress on that front; damn shame she didn’t read that Buzzfeed piece so she knows where I stand. I did see via her Twitter that she’s “into it” regarding a season of her as The Bachelorette with all single-dads as contestants though.
Golf for longevity is a safe bet, wish I had spent more time on the links. But, I think spending your formative years on the mound does as much for your mental fortitude as anything in the world. That patch of dirt made me the man I am today.
My #1 rule in life has always been to not take seriously anyone with the Twitter name, “Lady Murderface,” so I was preconditioned to steer clear of her letter.
