WILL, DAVE, and whoever on the Grandex team are suddenly taking a white knight stance when their company, GRANDEX, made their fortune on jokes about hazing, alcoholism, objectifying the opposite sex (TSM is just as guilty as TFM), and other forms of debauchery.

I’ve seen your company turn a blind eye for YEARS when commenters made jokes about Dorn (Dillon) molesting children- which I don’t give a damn who you are, those jokes are far more offensive than anything that’s been said on PGP by any user. And then there’s the Tinder pick up lines series, where the most sexually degrading and offensive Tinder conversations were posted, and not only did you guys turn a blind eye to the commenters and their sexually explicit comments, hell Grandex profited from it.

And now I see Will in this thread below threatening to turn off the commenters here on PGP for his beloved TGDAG series because he doesn’t agree with the dissenting opinions on this article. Will, the fact that you left “Girl” nameless and give your article series the plural of “Girls” allows the reader to supplant any and all women of the millennial generation as the titular character, and when you have her acting like a completely selfish, vapid monster each week with no redeeming qualities, what are you saying about women as a whole? Will, I think you’re a talented content creator and I love this site, but you’re no saint and your hands are dirty in this mess too.

This is already getting too long but final stretch: I’m an egalitarian- that means that I believe ALL HUMANS, regardless of race, religion, gender, etc. should be treated equal. Egalitarianism is a more fitting term for what today’s feminists are aiming for, as some more extreme forms of feminism has its roots planted in the demonization of men. Now the issue here that some of the commenters, myself included, have expressed is the case of one gender feeling as if their issues that they face are worse than another’s. I’m a man, I know that women face many problems and I know that as a man I will never fully understand those problems. But then that should go for women as well- men face tons of issues daily that women will never understand, however society often places upon men the burden of “being tough” and therefore not as expressive with our feelings and emotions as women. Just because we’re not as vocal with our problems, our health, our finances, identity of masculinity, etc. doesn’t mean we don’t have them.

This seems to be what many of the commenters are saying: the world is hard for everyone and everyone has their problems, so suck it up. It seems like there is a march or protest everyday for some group that feels oppressed, and said group doing the marching often plays the victim card and creates an “us vs. them” dichotomy. That dichotomy turns the other side into monsters and seems to invalidate their opinion- That’s where a lot of the frustration from many commenters comes from- I don’t think they’re all misogynistic sexists, but when the women users call the men “butt hurt” (they have in this thread ), for disagreeing with them, well then you’ve completely stopped any further conversation.

You want to know why Trump got elected? Because that other side in that “us vs. them”, the working class, the whites, the men, they’ve been told for years now that they’re the “them,” that they’re problems, they’re issues, they’re worries, weren’t as important or valid as anyone else, and Trump tapped into that frustration.

Now I am in no way a Trump supporter and I don’t want to turn this political, but when we (looking at you too GRANDEX), start taking hard stances and shutting down the other side, you’re not solving the issue.

It’s a conversation people. Everyone has problems and your problems don’t make you more special or important than anyone else.

@WILL, your top article series plays on stereotyping young millennial women and puts them in a villainous role in their interactions with their boyfriends and everyone they interact with. Even worse, you don’t even give your female lead a name so as to leave her a faceless representative of an entire generation’s gender, all while painting her as a selfish villain indifferent and out of touch with the world around her. You don’t have to hide behind anonymity to be sexist, you’re a public figure and you make arguably sexist pieces every Wednesday under the guise of satire and for what? So you can end on a cliffhanger to generate more clicks for your bottom line?

And how much ad revenue did GRANDEX get back when Rush Boobs were a common reoccurring article on TFM?

So are you guys going to start taking a hard stance over on TFM when the commenters crack jokes about Dillon fucking kids or how many butts they’d pee in when a new IGBOTD is posted (and do you guys get those girls’ permission to post in the first place because there are internet sources that say otherwise).

Or will it be passed off as joking around, satire, etc?

Just want everyone to be clear where on this new moral highground Grandex’s staff stands, that you guys don’t condone racy, sexist, or lewd comments or behaviors, so no one calls y’all hypocrites or anything.

So you’re telling me that men’s day is during a time of year when men venture into the wild as part of a primal rite of passage in order to kill a buck, a creature with perhaps the most overt physical manifestation of its masculinity…?

    How esoteric.
