There’s an off-the-shelf medication you can purchase without a prescription that will combat the effect gluten has on your system. I’ve heard you just pop a pill before you eat the food containing gluten and you’re all good.
The downside is that it can be a bit pricey, but can you really put a price on the ability to eat gluten?
I fall in the exact same situation as the second question and have to remain sober for medical reasons for the foreseeable future. From my experience it’s much easier to be upfront about it with the other person. If they aren’t understanding of your condition then fuck them, they aren’t worth the time.
London is essentially New York’s more refined and mature older sibling. Better culture, cleaner, friendlier, more efficient transportation, basically everything is better.
Cube-A-Saurus is right, changing your eating habits takes time but then becomes easy and is best long run. Also the completely cutting carbs out of your diet is always bound to fail, your body needs carbs but in the form of whole grains and not stuffing your face every meal. Also the whole eggs and bacon every meal probably destroyed your cholesterol levels and is just generally unhealthy. Basically, I’m saying you fucked up your diet at every turn.
Never been to South Carolina before, not sure where on the west coast you’ve been to the beach, but I’ve never needed a wetsuit in southern CA. Maybe we have different ideas of what constitutes cold.

Clearly, you’ve never been to any Southern California beach.
