I think one of the most telling reasons that millennials seek work-life balance and jump companies is the increasing use of “internships” to gain free labor from people with even multiple college fucking degrees. If my company is willing to work me for six months with no pay before hiring me, don’t try to fault me with some missing sense of “loyalty.” Fuck you, pay me
