Just an FYI- jewelry is often over-valued by jewelers at appraisal for insurance purposes. If the insurance is through the jewelry store they want you to pay higher premiums, if insured separately the jeweler might be after a potential larger insurance payout. Or the Jewler might be honest, up for you to decide, Id just be weary of a 100% difference between actual cost and appraisal value.
Had my fiances ring custom made and would 100% recommend,between choosing a diamond based on size/quality/price and being able to say what I wanted the band to look like and select from sketches, I got exactly what I wanted to give her within my budget.
On the other hand, some of us realized we already met our potential by becoming an average peon in a large company and are content watching those matching contributions stack up for the next 40 years
Considering all millennials have investment based retirement accounts instead of pensions, you need to be changing positions, and getting a decent pay increase, every few years to maximize early career earnings so that extra money has longer to grow in your retirement account. Due to the time value of money, its okay to sacrifice late-career salary maximums for more money now. Also the Carolinas seem nice and id be there if I didnt love new england.
By the time they get to be old enough to work there will be multiple programming languages that write their own source code, labwindows already does. Soon all anyone will need to know is how to design a GUI and where the “create code” button is.
