Diving board talk was a phenomenal segment.
OKC is definitely not the Midwest. It’s the south. You might get away calling it a plains state, but no one in the Midwest would say Oklahoma is part of it.
Kentucky was a border state but associates itself as part of the south.
There are so many damn cardinal fans in Oklahoma.

For phone books in the very southeastern part of the state, Oklahoma was southern. In the panhandle, it was the “West.” Along the Kansas border, it was the Midwest. From Oklahoma City to the west, it was the “southwest”.
