I bet their training staff has a guy specifically to tie everyone’s cleats for them.
It’s actually gotten a bit softer in recent years. It used to be brutal. Knees in backs, elbows thrown off the ball, the “slingshot” tackle. And to the people calling it Rugby, it isn’t. A simple Google search would have proven that wrong. Also, concussions aren’t as common as you would think.
