Skating off the mainstream popularity of extreme sports (did skateboarding become uncool with age or did it just kind of die altogether?), Rocket Power led to thousands of makeshift ramps and broken bones across America. It also introduced us to the coolest handshake of all time. You still hold out your palm to your friends and wiggle your fingers after getting a hot girl’s number at the bar, don’t you? Don’t lie.     I was Plank Pledge during I-week and couldn’t address actives without saying “Plank says ….” I tried to pass it down a few semesters ago and the pledges didn’t understand the reference. PGP.
