One of the things I constantly wrestle with is whether or not, at the ripe old age of 27, I’m really an adult. I think there’s an in-between stage of “undergrad eating ramen” and “adult with a 401(k) and a mortgage” that we can refer to as “semi-adult.” One of the clear indicators of semi-adulthood is that you’re still stealing your parents’ Netflix/Hulu/Prime passwords because you don’t want to shell out the $8/month for the privacy that comes with hiding your entertainment choices from your parents.
Do I need my parents knowing that I’m watching four straight hours of Shameless on HBOGo on a weeknight? No I do not. I pay for my own shit. However, if you’re still stuck in this parasitic cycle of mooching entertainment off your parents, I’ve got some great news that will save you both pride and money. King of incognito window content, Pornhub, hosts a shit ton of high quality full-length (phrasing) feature films on their site… for free.
Unlike other streaming services—YouTube and Vimeo—these films on Pornhub remain almost perfectly intact. There’s no weird audio or blurry video or weird crops or other annoying loopholes in order to avoid copyright protection.
To my delight and great joy, the selections available include every single Star Wars movie ever, including Rogue One. There’s even a Reddit thread dedicated to listing all the movies available. Other selections include Deadpool, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers Age of Ultron, and more. I’m not saying I opened my own incognito window to test this out immediately and was successful, but I’m not not saying that…
The only downside to consuming your movies in this manner is that I feel like it would be kind of awkward to watch Moana sing about friendship and family etc. while there’s a naked woman audibly moaning in a side window. But hey, if you love Star Wars as much as I do, a few advertisements for penis enlargement and “s3xywom3n2chatnow” video services are not going to deter you.
