The folks over at eCollegeFinder are at it again. This time, they’re ranking each state’s most desirable colleges. They took into account which schools received the most undergraduate admission applications in the fall of 2013. Using data from the National Center for Education Statistics database, they found which four-year universities have high school seniors banging down the doors.

I’d have rather not gone to college than go to BYU.
Having the top comment on your own article. Power move.
The sad part, as much as I despise UK, that looks about right. UL still more desirable in my book.
How does a school in Hawaii make that bottom list?
Two things strike me, UCF over Florida, Miami and to a lesser extent Florida State….and Northeastern over Boston College and Harvard? Definitely a chin scratcher, to say the least.
ha. suck it clemson.
I came to say the same thing!
Marquette has more applicants than UW-Madison? Ya right. Annnnnddd… 23K vs 30k
What idiots put together these charts?
I really don’t understand why you were downvoted. What you said makes sense.
That just means Marquette has tougher standards when it comes to grades.
Hu? It’s based on number of applicants. UW has more. The chart is wrong.
Its on the internet. It HAS to be right.
Yes UCF
Wyoming is the default for that state. Its the only 4 year college.
and you can get a full ride paid by the state if you have decent grades.
