I follow close to the 10:30 rule too. It’s not that I am sensitive to caffeine, but I don’t want to make myself need it later in the day down the road. I used to take down nearly as much as Victoria and I figured it would be best to scale back.
I drink two double shots every morning and have stopped myself from drinking anything else caffeinated the rest of the day. I’ve learned that I enjoy the process of getting/making coffee more than I enjoy actually drinking coffee.
