Urban land comps outpacing rent growth, skilled labor shortages, and an ever increasing pool of debt ridden millennials that “have” to have the walkable, live/work/play lifestyle with no actual cash savings has created a clusterfuck of a Multifamily market that desperately needs to correct itself from a consumer standpoint
