I think people are treated badly and immediately assume it is because they are a woman. It is easy to use this as a scapegoat because it removes responsibility. However, some people are just bad at their job/whiny/incompetent and refuse to admit that while people probably should treat them better, they are the cause of their own problems. Would love to hear 2Notbrokegirls chime in on this.
If me explaining my point of view in an attempt to help you feel less victimized in the workplace makes you feel uncomfortable, you probably aren’t really cut out for the work force
