I forgot to write this but one of the great lies of Mardi Gras is exceptional female nudity. Most of it is pretty terrible to mediocre. Also, there were lots of creeps taking pictures of boobs. I did not want to be one of them.

I kind of think it’s worse than relays, because people come down here for SXSW expressly to get fucked up. They assume it’s a huge party.
