I bartended and worked a full time job for about seven months. Right there with you, exhausting and no social life. Recently stopped bartending for a few months and the freedom is great, although I am missing the extra money I was putting away.
Idk how many times I’ve seen matrix revolution but I can never remember how the movie ends. I just know he goes to the architect and then the movie ends somehow.
As another a fellow bartender I highly agree, also I’ll never call somebody out on their lack of beer knowledge. He’ll most of the customers know more than me.
Sanderson is great, dying to get my hands on the most recent Stormlight archive series. If you’re into fantasy check out Red Rising by Pierce Brown and also the Mortal engines series. Mortal engines is actually coming out as a movie either directed or produced by peter Jackson
I work sundays a lot and I often catch the 9:30am showing of a movie before. Pretty great, you either have the place to yourself or with at max five other people.
If there are any movies that should be seen in theaters it is superhero movies. An art film is not gonna suffer from going from a story sized screen to my 40in screen but a superhero movie is not the same experience.
Honestly I apply phone calls to all aspects of my life. With my closest friends I’ll call them about once a month or so and we just catch up on. Talk about stories that would be confusing to tell through text and other BS.
I once started a fight between my parents over what seems such a trivial matter. Parents put brand new carpeting in my bedroom and my dad no longer wanted the dog sleeping in my room so the carpet would stay clean, as clean as it can in a teenagers bedroom. I objected and my mom started arguing with my dad about how it was unfair to not only me but the dog and that he was being unreasonable. I left the room and later that night I found my dad asleep in his chair. It’s one of the only times I’ve seen him sleep there not because he fell asleep in his chair but because my parents had gotten into a fight.

The night before the wedding my brother cut a chunk out of his right thumb. Something dumb and unlucky most likely will happen.
I’m hoping Will just submitted a fake profile to the NYT to see if it gets accepted.
Called in sick to work today for the annual golf trip, worth it

Irish Catholic checking in. Is it possible to not bottle up your emotions and only allow them out when they boil over or drunk?
“last week’s sinus issues” yea ok that’s what was in those tissues.
As somebody who coaches soccer for kids in grades between 4-8th. It uhhhh doesn’t get much better.

Didn’t they still win Gold though Cush?
Try to be one of the middle guys in the bobsled. All you have to do is be good at running yards, jumping, and then putting your head down.
When weights are just reracked randomly nothing drives me crazier at the gym.

Just put cheese on them.
Think I’d throw up if I was sitting at the table next to them
Rag on megabus all you want but getting a $4 ticket from Columbus to Toronto was pretty great considering it saved me over $1000 on a plane ticket.
