Would a shelter dog be recommended if it’s my first time taking care of a dog? My aunt is getting a dog, but says they want to use a breeder for the first dog, then potentially a shelter dog for the second one.
Good point. I’m cutting back over the year to save for it and his wedding. My anxiety about is more that I’m much younger than him, and him and his friends make much more than I do. But I appreciate the kick in the ass
When did bachelor/bachelorette parties become such elaborate affairs? I didn’t feel like it was so long ago when they were pretty much a steak dinner or a trip within driving distance
Shouldn’t they know you’re drink based on where you’re requesting the ride from. They should know people mostly use Lyft or Uber when they’ll be drinking or parking will be a pain
In many situations, it’s better to just get laid off than to be one of the survivors. You’ll basically be doing more work for the same amount of money, yet still have to look for another job.
Been through the incompetent boss/management. They’d justify not providing many things on the basis of “we’re a smaller company and can’t afford it. BS, they’re just being cheap. Especially not providing severance, yet expecting 2 weeks from resigning employees.

Congrats, next you’ve got to invite the colleagues you liked at the old job to join you. PGPM
